The seed is the number behind the random shape. The same seed with the same settings always gives exactly the same blob, so you can type a seed to recreate a shape you liked.

Number of points, randomness, smoothness, rotation, flip and export size for blobs; layers, segments, amplitude, height, smoothness, layer fade and flip for waves. For style: gradient, solid colour or your own photo as fill, opacity, stroke with dashes and a background colour.

Yes. Switch to the Layered Wave tab to create smooth wave shapes with up to 8 overlapping layers, which are ideal for section dividers and hero backgrounds.

Yes. Turn on Animation to make the shape morph continuously. The animation is built into the SVG itself, so it also plays when used in an img tag or as a CSS background. PNG and JPG downloads use the first frame.

Yes. Choose the Photo fill type and upload an image. It is clipped to the blob shape. The photo is resized in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.

You can copy the full SVG, the raw path data, a CSS background with a data URI, a CSS clip-path, a React component or a Data URI. Each has its own tab with a one-click Copy button.

You can download SVG, PNG or JPG. PNG and JPG can be exported at 1×, 2×, 3× or 4× the chosen size for sharp results on any screen.

Yes. Click Share link to copy a link that stores all your settings and the seed, so you can reopen or share the exact same design later. A photo fill is not included in the link.

Yes. The shapes you generate are yours to use in personal and commercial projects, such as websites, apps, presentations and social media, with no attribution required.
