Free Book and Booklet Print Maker
A normal PDF prints one page per sheet in page order, which is not what you need for a book. For a stapled booklet the pages must be rearranged so that, after printing on both sides and folding, page 1 is followed by page 2. This tool does that arrangement for you. Upload your book PDF (novel, notes, comic, magazine, report), choose a book type and paper size, and download a print-ready file. Everything runs in your browser, so your files are never uploaded.
Staple Booklet, Spiral Fold and Spiral Flat
Staple booklet: the sheets sit inside each other and are stapled on the fold. For a 32-page book the first sheet carries 32 and 1 on the outside and 2 and 31 on the inside. Spiral Fold-4: every sheet is folded alone and spiral-bound on the fold, with 4 | 1 outside and 2 | 3 inside, then 8 | 5 and 6 | 7. Spiral Flat: pages stay in order with 2, 4 or 8 pages on each sheet, bound along the left, top or right edge.
Covers, Blank Pages and Several Books
Pick the front and back cover pages yourself and they are printed on their own cover sheet, so they never disturb the page count. If your book has 31 pages the tool adds the blank page needed to reach a multiple of four, at the end or before the last page. Load several books together and use Start a new book to keep each one as a separate print job. Large files can be loaded in batches of 200 pages by choosing a page range.
Margins, Paper Sizes and Printing Tips
Use the page margin and the extra binding margin so nothing is cut by the staples or spiral holes. The tool supports A3, A4, A5, A6, B4, B5, Letter, Legal, Tabloid and custom sizes and shows the scale each paper gives, so you can pick the paper that keeps your pages large. Always print at 100% or actual size, choose double-sided printing and use the flip edge shown in the print guide. If your printer cannot print on both sides, use the manual duplex files for A sides and B sides.
